Plantings so far include Albarino, and Pinot Noir (Dijon clones 777 and 115). Rootstock is low vigor 101-14 and 3309. We are striving for organic certification, and dry farming techniques. Planted with biodynamic principles as inspiration, we aim for the most sustainable vineyard practices with a light touch letting nature do its thing.
Our wine is made by Luke Wylde for Lares Wines in Portland, Oregon at Abbey Road Farm in Carlton, Oregon. Luke and Jessica, designed the label together celebrating all things magical and natural in winemaking.
The “Old House” was built between 1852-1856 and is the oldest house in Oregon still owned by the same family and is on the National Register for Historic Places. It is located on Kalapuya traditional homelands.
